Amends the juvenile boot camp program requirements by requiring the department to verify that juveniles meet specific probate code eligibility requirements before placement and that program openings are available.

Establishes that juveniles unable to meet requirements, lacking available program openings, or unable to be placed must be returned to the original court for alternative disposition.

Sets placement duration at a minimum of 90 days and maximum of 180 days, with provisions to extend placement by up to 20 additional days if a juvenile misses more than 5 days due to medical illness or injury (verified by physician's statement).

Requires juveniles medically unable to participate for more than 25 days to be returned to the original court for alternative disposition.

Mandates that juveniles complete 120 to 180 days of intensive supervised community reintegration in their local community following boot camp placement; effective April 4, 2021, contingent on enactment of Senate Bill 700.
