• Prohibits courts from entering judgments for sale or advancing foreclosure actions under the revised judicature act if prohibited by the emergency rental relief act.

• Prevents persons foreclosing on mortgages from proceeding with foreclosure or instructing others to do so if prohibited by the emergency rental relief act.

• Allows persons aggrieved by foreclosure violations to commence legal action to restrain the violation and recover costs, expenses, and attorney fees.

• Prohibits courts from advancing summary proceedings, entering judgments for possession, or issuing writs of restitution or eviction orders if prohibited by the emergency rental relief act.

• Takes effect only if Senate Bill 912 of the 100th Legislature is enacted into law.
