• Appropriates $30,949,800 in capital outlay funding from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 2020.

• Funds 50+ land acquisition and park/recreation development projects across Michigan counties, including trail development, beach access, campground improvements, and conservation areas.

• Requires grant recipients to dedicate acquired land to public outdoor recreation in perpetuity and to provide the state with minimum 1/6 royalty interest in retained minerals on parcels larger than 5 acres.

• Authorizes $20,012,900 in grants-in-aid to local units of government (cities, townships, counties) for project implementation, with remaining funds for state administration.
