Replaces all references to the "medical marihuana licensing board" with the "marijuana regulatory agency" throughout Section 102 of the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act (2016 PA 281).

Replaces references to the "marihuana advisory panel" with the "marijuana regulatory agency" in the definition of "advisory panel."

Adds a new definition for "marijuana regulatory agency" as the agency created under Executive Reorganization Order No. 2019-2, MCL 333.27001.

Updates terminology from "medical marihuana act" to "Medical Marihuana Act" for consistency in capitalization and formatting throughout the statute.

Contains a tie-bar provision making this act contingent on the enactment of Senate Bill No. 1057 of the 100th Legislature.
