Recognizes September 11 as a day to honor victims of the 2001 attacks and September 17 as Constitution Day, celebrating the Constitutional Convention's signing on September 17, 1787.

Identifies key American First Principles as revolution, rule of law, social compact, equality, unalienable rights, and limited government.

Encourages citizens, schools, government agencies, and organizations to recognize Patriot Week by studying and celebrating American founding documents (Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Gettysburg Address), key historical figures (George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Frederick Douglass, Martin Luther King Jr., and others), and American flags and symbols.
