Increases maximum civil fine for school bus stop violations to $500.00 and directs all fines collected to be paid to the school district operating the school bus.

Removes requirement for community service hours at schools as a penalty for school bus stop violations.

Makes this bill contingent on concurrent enactment of Senate Bills 1099 and 1100 of the 100th Legislature.
