Allows funds collected under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act to be allocated to the Michigan transportation fund and distributed according to existing fund allocation percentages.

Maintains existing allocations of transportation fund money including $3,000,000 annually to rail grade crossing account, $3,000,000 to grade crossing surface account, and $3,000,000 to local bridge fund.

Preserves distribution of remaining transportation fund balance among state trunk line fund (39.1%), county road commissions (39.1%), and cities and villages (21.8%).

Took effect immediately upon Governor's approval on October 16, 2020.
