Amends fee schedules for mortuary science licenses, funeral establishment licenses, and related occupational licenses under Michigan's occupational code.

Application processing fees remain unchanged: mortuary science license $20.00, funeral establishment $115.00, resident trainee $15.00, and courtesy mortuary science license $135.00.

Implements tiered increases for annual mortuary science license fees: $40.00 through September 30, 2021; $77.50 after September 30, 2021; $115.00 after September 30, 2023; and $152.50 after September 30, 2025.

Implements tiered increases for annual funeral establishment license fees: $55.00 through September 30, 2021; $107.50 after September 30, 2021; $160.00 after September 30, 2023; and $212.50 after September 30, 2025.

Maintains unchanged annual fees of $30.00 for embalmer, funeral director, and resident trainee licenses, with $135.00 for courtesy mortuary science licenses; effective immediately upon enactment of HB 4437.
