• Maintains existing fee structures: original application and renewal fees capped at $50.00, with specified distributions to counties ($2.50 per applicant), traffic safety fund ($4.00 per person), and transportation economic development fund ($4.50 original/$6.00 renewal).

• Allows duplicate or corrected enhanced license/ID card fees up to $30 for operator's licenses and ID cards, and $40 for chauffeur's licenses, with no fees charged for address changes, departmental error corrections, or heart insignia modifications.
