• Modifies Section 213 temporary licensing provisions to allow spouses of active duty service members and veterans to obtain temporary licenses for up to 12 months while meeting permanent licensure requirements.

• Exempts certain military service members and veterans from prelicensure course requirements for residential builder and contractor licenses if they have relevant military experience, with provisions for partial credit if experience is incomplete.
