Amends the definition of "qualified educational expenses" under the Michigan Promise Zone Authority Act to include on-campus room and board costs if provided for in an authority's promise zone development plan.

Corrects capitalization of federal references in the "federal poverty level" definition by capitalizing "Federal Register," "Department," "Health," and "Human Services."

Maintains existing definitions for promise zone authorities, eligible entities based on poverty levels, and financial assistance commitments to eligible students in promise zones.
