Health: diseases; emergency orders issued in response to an epidemic; provide for time limits on unless extension is approved by the legislature and prohibit restricting certain religious practices in and exempt business from certain violations of the emergency orders. Amends secs. 2253 and 2453 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.2253 and 333.2453) & adds secs. 2253a, 2254 & 2454.
