Urges the Michigan State Capitol Commission to allow a menorah to be placed on Capitol grounds for the entire holiday season.

Notes that the Commission currently allows a state Christmas tree exceeding 60 feet tall to be displayed for more than two months without size or duration restrictions.

Points out that menorah displays are subject to size limitations and must be taken down each night, unlike the Christmas tree display.

States that menorahs are important religious and cultural symbols whose restricted placement diminishes public celebration in state spaces.

Directs copies of the resolution to be transmitted to all members of the Michigan State Capitol Commission.
