Notes that border security threats extend beyond the southern border, citing 18 joint operations along the northern border in 2017 with 24 projected for 2018, and 13 sensors covering 35 miles of Michigan's St. Clair River

Directs that copies of the resolution be transmitted to the President, U.S. Senate President, U.S. House Speaker, and Michigan's congressional delegation
