Opposes the mass deportation of Iraqi nationals residing in Michigan and the United States.

Addresses ICE arrests of dozens of Michigan Chaldean Iraqis in June 2017, with approximately 1,400 Iraqi nationals targeted nationwide, and notes that a 2017 temporary stay of removal was reversed in December 2018.

Emphasizes that many Iraqi nationals came to the U.S. as refugees fleeing dangerous conditions and religious persecution, and face grave danger if removed.

Recognizes Iraqi nationals' contributions to American society, noting that Metro Detroit has the largest concentration of Chaldeans outside Iraq and that these populations are significant to the local economy.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Michigan's congressional delegation.
