Notes documented increases in contacts to domestic violence programs across Michigan in March and April 2020 compared to the same period in 2019.

Calls for honoring appropriation requests from Michigan and national domestic violence programs to the U.S. Departments of Justice, Health and Human Services, and Housing and Urban Development.

Directs transmission of this resolution to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and members of the Michigan congressional delegation.
