Affirms that freedom of speech and peaceful protest are fundamental rights, while violence used to suppress opposing political ideologies undermines democratic ideals.

Memorializes the U.S. Congress to redouble efforts using all available and appropriate tools to combat the spread of all forms of domestic terrorism as defined under federal statute.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the President, FBI Director, Congressional leadership, House Judiciary Committee leadership, and Michigan's congressional delegation.
