Adds five new restricted dental specialty titles effective September 1, 2022: "oral and maxillofacial radiologist," "dental anesthesiologist," "oral medicine doctor," "public health dentist," and "orofacial pain specialist"

Expands health profession specialty field licenses available to dentists with advanced training to include oral medicine, orofacial pain, dental public health, oral and maxillofacial radiology, and dental anesthesiology, effective September 1, 2022

Allows dentists who held specialty certifications in the original fields (prosthodontics, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, oral pathology) as of December 23, 2002 to be automatically considered as holding specialty field licenses

Permits dentists without a specialty field license to continue performing services in any of the specialty fields listed in the law

Requires specialty field licenses to be renewed concurrently with the dentist's general license to practice dentistry
