Adds new subsection (6) allowing individuals to transport or possess a loaded firearm in or upon any vehicle, including ATVs and UTVs, on private land if they are the owner, lessee (for a term of at least 1 year), or have permission from the owner or lessee.

Defines "ATV" as a vehicle with 3 or more wheels designed for off-road use, low-pressure tires, straddled seating, and a 50cc to 1,000cc gasoline engine or comparable fuel engine.

Defines "UTV" as a vehicle with 4 or more wheels designed for off-road use, low-pressure tires, side-by-side seating arrangement, and a 50cc to 1,000cc gasoline engine or comparable fuel engine.

Renumbers existing subsections (6) through (8) as subsections (7) through (9) to accommodate the new loaded firearm transport provision on private land.
