• Makes grammatical and clarifying edits to existing drug scheduling language, including changing "federal food and drug administration" to "United States Food and Drug Administration" and updating references to drug schedules from Roman numerals (II-V) to Arabic numerals (2-5).

• Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
