Expands eligibility for setting aside juvenile adjudications to include offenses committed as a direct result of being a victim of human trafficking, allowing mandatory expungement rather than discretionary consideration.

Permits mandatory setting aside of adjudications for human trafficking victims who committed felonies, misdemeanors, or local ordinance violations as a result of their victimization, regardless of the offense severity.

Changes language from "shall" to "must" in application filing requirements and record retention procedures to clarify mandatory obligations.

Requires prosecuting attorneys to notify crime victims and provide them notice of expungement applications within 35 days of service for assaultive crimes and serious misdemeanors.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
