Amends MCL 750.462h of the Michigan Penal Code to clarify that victim's resistance or lack of resistance is not relevant in prosecutions under the sexual assault chapter.

Requires persons to testify and produce documents in sexual assault investigations and trials, prohibiting excusal based on grounds that testimony may degrade or incriminate the witness.

Grants immunity from use of compelled truthful testimony, evidence, or information in criminal cases, except for impeachment purposes or prosecutions for perjury or failure to testify as required.

Allows derivative use immunity for information obtained directly or indirectly from compelled testimony in sexual assault cases.
