Amends the definition of "sexual exploitation" in Michigan's child protection law to replace the term "prostitution" with "a commercial sexual activity."

Clarifies that sexual exploitation includes allowing, permitting, encouraging, or engaging in photographing, filming, or depicting a child engaged in a listed sexual act as defined in MCL 750.145c.

Makes conforming language changes by adding "those terms are" to definitions referencing adult foster care family homes and small group homes in the adult foster care facility licensing act.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent on Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4112 being enacted into law.
