Eliminates requirement to collect biometric data from individuals arrested solely for violating section 904(3)(a) of the Michigan Vehicle Code (failure to produce satisfactory evidence of identification).

Changes language throughout the statute from "person" to "individual" and updates grammatical phrasing (e.g., "upon" to "on," "shall" to "must").

Renumbers subsections (3) through (15) to (3) through (14) by removing the prior subsection (3) that exempted vehicle code violations from biometric data collection requirements.

Bill does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4153 is enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
