• Requires the State Court Administrative Office to contract with a vendor by February 1, 2022 to create a justice data collection and reporting system.

• System must uniformly collect and report data for criminal cases (arrest through disposition), juvenile justice cases, child abuse/neglect cases, and civil cases.

• System must integrate with state and local agencies including law enforcement, prosecutors' offices, and courts, with real-time access for approved users like judges, prosecutors, and jail administrators.

• System must track arrest and booking data, criminal charges, sentencing, probable cause findings, restitution owed, and enable alias/phonetic name searches and automatic court hearing scheduling.

• State Court Administrative Office must report within one year on individuals with multiple system entries, system performance improvements, and tracking of juveniles who later become involved in criminal cases.
