Amends MCL 257.682 to permit school buses to be equipped with stop-arm camera systems in accordance with the pupil transportation act.

Allows schools using stop-arm camera systems to provide video or photograph evidence to law enforcement agencies investigating violations of school bus stopping requirements.

Makes photographs or videos recorded by stop-arm camera systems admissible as evidence in civil infraction proceedings, but does not require such evidence for prosecution.

Defines "law enforcement agency" to include the state police, county sheriffs, local police departments, and other governmental law enforcement agencies in the state.

Effective October 11, 2021, contingent upon enactment of House Bill No. 4204.
