Allows schools to install and operate stop-arm camera systems on school buses or contract with private vendors to do so.

Defines stop-arm camera system as 2 or more synchronized cameras that automatically record video or photographs of vehicles illegally failing to stop for or passing school buses in violation of MCL 257.682.

Requires cameras to capture the vehicle, rear registration plate, and at least 200 feet in front of the school bus, and record the date, time, and location on images.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment (October 11, 2021) and is conditioned on House Bill 4202 of the 101st Legislature being enacted into law.
