Expands MCL 768.27c to allow hearsay statements about physical injury or threats in prosecutions involving prostitution or human trafficking, in addition to existing domestic violence offenses.

Requires statements to be made at or near the time of injury/threat, to a law enforcement officer, under trustworthy circumstances, and within 5 years of the current action.

Adds definitions for "human trafficking" (violations of MCL 750.462a to 750.762h) and "prostitution" (violations of MCL 750.448 to 750.462).

Requires prosecutors to disclose such evidence to defendants at least 15 days before trial, or later if the court allows for good cause.

Preserves legal privileges and lists trustworthiness factors including whether the statement was made in anticipation of litigation, declarant bias, and corroboration by other evidence.
