Prohibits processors from processing marihuana or marihuana-infused products intended for inhalation that contain vitamin E acetate or unapproved ingredients.

Prohibits provisioning centers from selling marihuana or marihuana-infused products intended for inhalation that contain vitamin E acetate or unapproved ingredients.

Allows only botanically derived terpenes chemically identical to Cannabis sativa terpenes, or FDA-approved ingredients at or below FDA-approved concentrations, as exceptions to the prohibition.

Creates a misdemeanor offense with fines up to $10,000 for processors violating the inhalation product restrictions or provisioning centers violating the sale restrictions.

Replaces reference to "medical marihuana licensing board" with "marijuana regulatory agency" in provisioning center purchasing limit inquiries.
