Requires health insurance policies in Michigan covering anticancer medications to ensure financial requirements for orally administered anticancer drugs are no more restrictive than those for intravenously administered or injected anticancer drugs.

Limits co-pay or coinsurance for orally administered anticancer medication to a maximum of $150.00 per 30-day supply, with annual adjustments beginning January 1, 2024 based on the prescription drug index of the Consumer Price Index.

Prohibits insurers from achieving compliance by increasing cost-sharing requirements, reclassifying benefits, or imposing more restrictive treatment limitations on any anticancer medications.

Permits insurers to apply utilization management techniques including prior authorization, step therapy, quantity limits, and days' supply restrictions for anticancer medications.

Applies to health insurance policies delivered, issued, or renewed after December 31, 2022, and is contingent on enactment of House Bill No. 4347.
