Removes section 16102 from the list of sections defining terms in the Public Health Code, changing the range from "16102 to 16109" to "16103 to 16109a."

Adds a new exemption allowing out-of-state health professionals authorized in another state to provide telehealth services to Michigan patients without requiring a Michigan license.

Requires out-of-state telehealth providers to obtain patient consent using the same procedures as in-state providers and to provide only services they are authorized to perform in their home state.

Mandates that out-of-state telehealth providers give patients a hyperlink or website address to verify their authorization to practice in the state where they are licensed.

Removes "or territory of the United States" from the exemption for health professionals appointed by the United States Olympic Committee.
