• Appropriates $100 each from the general fund for remodeling/renovation projects, fire protection, and occupational safety and health projects at state agencies and institutions.

• Appropriates $100 each for preliminary planning studies and land acquisition/construction projects from multiple funding sources including the general fund, state park improvement account, waterways account, state trunk line fund, and aeronautics fund.

• Grants the Director of the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget and the State Administrative Board authority to supervise implementation and expenditure of all appropriations under the capital outlay program.
