Renames the "licensing and regulation fund" to the "occupational fund" in the State License Fee Act and updates related statutory language from "shall" to "must."

Restricts expenditures from the occupational fund to operations of the corporations, securities, and commercial licensing bureau and indirect overhead expenses of the department, including purchase and sale of printed laws and rules.

Establishes licensing fees for home inspectors under MCL 339.1401 to 339.1407: $100 nonrefundable application processing fee, $100 annual license fee, $200 examination fee, and $20 examination review fee.

Requires home inspector fees to bear reasonable relation to the department's cost and be deposited into the occupational fund; mandates annual adjustment of license fees based on Detroit Consumer Price Index with a 5% maximum annual increase.

Takes effect 1 year after enactment and is contingent on passage of Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4500 of the 101st Legislature.
