Adds "source of income" as a protected class in Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, prohibiting housing discrimination based on this status.

Defines "source of income" to include housing assistance, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, Social Security, supplemental security income, retirement programs, and other benefits administered by federal, state, local, or nonprofit entities.

Expands fair housing protections to prohibit real estate brokers, salespersons, and others from refusing transactions, discriminating in terms or conditions, or denying access to multiple listing services based on a person's source of income.

Excludes income derived in an illegal manner from the definition of protected "source of income."

Updates terminology in the statute from "salesman" to "salesperson" and makes minor grammatical corrections.
