Adds definitions for "billboard" and "digital billboard" to the Medical Marihuana Facilities Licensing Act, incorporated from the Highway Advertising Act of 1972.

Reorganizes existing definitions in MCL 333.27102 by renumbering them (adding new lettered subsections (d) and (h) for billboard terms, shifting subsequent definitions accordingly).

Creates new MCL 333.27506 prohibiting any person from advertising marijuana, marijuana-infused products, marijuana products, marijuana facilities, or licensees on billboards or digital billboards located in Michigan.

Modifies MCL 333.27206(p) to make marijuana advertising restrictions subject to the new section 506 requirements established for billboard and digital billboard advertising.
