Renames "work camps" to "training sites" throughout the Corrections Code to reflect facilities housing prisoners in vocational training or work programs.

Adds new subsection (3)(d) allowing prisoners to create items through vocational training programs that the department can sell to the community, with sales proceeds funding the vocational training programs.

Establishes that prisoners in vocational training programs receive a prisoner training wage set by the department rather than direct compensation for items created.

Removes reference to "work camp" from minimum custody facility transfers reported to the law enforcement information system, streamlining the reporting requirement.

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4621 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
