Requires owners of specified buildings and structures constructed on or after January 1, 2024, or renovated on or after January 1, 2025 (with permits or estimated costs of $10,000 or more), to install at least one height-adjustable, adult-sized changing table in a gender-neutral, publicly accessible toilet facility or space.

Applies to buildings with capacity to serve 1,500+ persons per day, exhibition/entertainment venues larger than 40,000 square feet (movie theaters, shopping malls, concert halls), public display facilities (museums, libraries, galleries), and recreation sites (parks, zoos, amusement parks).

Applies to airports, bus stations, interstate rest stops, educational institutions, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities located in Michigan.

Mandates that the location of the changing table be conspicuously displayed at the building or structure entrance and included in any central directory.
