Amends Section 3 of the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act to modify definitions related to medical marihuana use and patient protections.

Defines "bona fide physician-patient relationship" to require physicians review medical records, complete full patient assessment, maintain records per medical standards, provide follow-up care to monitor marihuana efficacy, and notify primary care physician if patient consents.

Expands "debilitating medical condition" to include any condition or treatment approved by the marijuana regulatory agency, in addition to existing conditions like cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, ALS, Crohn's disease, and Alzheimer's agitation.

Clarifies definitions for primary caregivers (must be 21+ years old with no felony convictions in past 10 years and no drug-related or assaultive crime convictions ever), qualifying patients, marihuana plants, and usable marihuana.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment with immediate effect; approved by Governor July 13, 2021, effective date October 11, 2021.
