Requires health care providers to consider available support systems when assessing an individual's ability to comply with post-transplantation medical requirements rather than denying care based on disability alone.

Allows individuals with disabilities to bring expedited court actions for injunctive relief if they believe a health care provider violated this section.

Defines "disability" per 42 USC 12102 and "health care provider" to include licensed health professionals and licensed health facilities or agencies.
