Adds the pregnant and parenting student services fund (created under 2004 PA 500, MCL 390.1593) as a new checkoff option on Michigan income tax returns starting with the 2021 tax year.

Removes four existing checkoff fund options: Michigan Junior Achievement Fund, Lions of Michigan Foundation Fund, Michigan World War II Legacy Memorial Fund, and Kiwanis Fund.

Removes year-specific language for the American Red Cross Michigan fund designation, making it a permanent option rather than limited to 2016 and later tax years.

Maintains the existing $50,000 minimum annual contribution threshold for each fund designation to remain on the tax return; funds that fail to raise this amount for 2 consecutive years are removed from the schedule.

Limits the contributions schedule to a maximum of 10 separate fund designations in any single tax year, with taxpayers able to contribute $5, $10, or more of their refund to any eligible fund.
