Allows the office of auditor general to hire retirants for information technology and related services without requiring them to forfeit their retirement benefits, effective for 3 years from the bill's enactment date.

Retirants hired under this provision are limited to working no more than 1,040 hours in a 12-month period and must have retired after a bona fide termination of employment.

The office of auditor general may employ no more than 5 retirants under this exception.

Changes grammatical language in existing statute from "no" to "not" in provisions regarding Department of Corrections and Department of Natural Resources retirant employment limitations.
