Mandates city and township clerks to maintain and make public inspection lists of assigned precinct election inspectors and their political party affiliations, and to provide certified political party affiliation lists to county political party committee chairpersons.

Establishes that applicants must certify they are not members or known active advocates of any political party other than the one listed on their application.

Allows individuals aged 16-17 to serve as election inspectors if they meet other requirements, but prohibits them from being designated as board chairperson; requires K-12 students to provide written school excusal documentation when elections fall on school days.

Makes technical language changes by replacing references to "person" with "individual" throughout the statute.
