Increases the threshold for court authorization of transfers to minors from $10,000 to $50,000 under the Michigan Uniform Transfers to Minors Act

Modifies section 10 to require that all three conditions be met for transfers by personal representatives, trustees, or conservators: the transfer must be in the minor's best interest, not prohibited by governing documents, and court-authorized if exceeding $50,000

Modifies section 11 to increase the $50,000 threshold for court authorization when a person not subject to sections 9 or 10 makes transfers to a custodian for a minor without a conservator

Updates statutory language throughout to use "under" instead of "pursuant to" and "must" instead of "shall" for consistency with modern drafting conventions
