Adds new Section 3018 allowing authorized insurers to exclude or condition coverage for benefits under the peer-to-peer car sharing program act, and requires insurers to comply with applicable requirements of that act.

Amends Section 3009 to reference the new peer-to-peer car sharing exclusion option alongside existing exclusion provisions in Section 3017.

Amends Section 3037 to allow insurers to limit collision coverage as provided in the new peer-to-peer car sharing exclusion section.

Amends Section 3101 to permit insurers to exclude coverage under policies as provided in the new peer-to-peer car sharing section.

Amends Section 3113 to add peer-to-peer car sharing exclusions as a valid reason to deny personal protection insurance benefits, consistent with other authorized policy exclusions.

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. ____ or House Bill No. 4917 is enacted into law (tie-bar provision).
