Courts may require offenders to perform community service for up to 90 days without compensation and reimburse the state or local government for supervision costs.

Courts may order participation in rehabilitative programs, with individuals bearing the costs of screening, assessment, and treatment services.

Provisions do not apply to individuals ineligible for probation under Michigan's Code of Criminal Procedure.
