Changes the term "department-designated community mental health entity" to "administrative services organization" in section 703 of the Michigan Liquor Control Code regarding alcohol-related assessments for minors.

Applies to courts ordering screening and assessment for individuals found responsible for or convicted of violating minor alcohol possession or consumption laws under MCL 436.1703(5).

The administrative services organization, as defined in section 100a of the Mental Health Code (MCL 330.1100a), will determine whether individuals are likely to benefit from rehabilitative services including alcohol or drug education and treatment programs.

Does not substantively change the penalties, procedures, or rights related to minor alcohol violations; only updates the terminology for designating assessment providers.
