Prohibits labeling or identifying laboratory-grown meat substitutes as "meat."

Updates meat product labeling rules to require disclosure of antioxidants and monosodium glutamate sources, and clarifies that meat products named for a single meat species must be entirely from that species, while multi-species products must contain at least 20% of each meat type listed.

Maintains requirement that all labeling words and numbers must be legible to customers.
