Requires child care centers, group child care homes, and family child care homes to maintain licensing records either in a physical licensing notebook on premises or through the department's electronic database if internet access is available.

Licensing records must include the original licensing study, all licensing inspections and renewal inspections from the past 3 years, special investigations, and corrective action plan approval letters, along with a summary sheet.

Requires the Department to include a check box on the "Child in Care Statement/Receipt" form allowing parents or guardians to acknowledge awareness that licensing records are available for review on premises or on the department's website.

Mandates that the form display the department's website address in bold print where licensing information can be accessed.

Takes effect immediately upon approval on June 23, 2022.
