Allows Michigan State Housing Development Authority board meetings to be held electronically under any circumstances from March 31, 2021 through December 31, 2026, rather than restricting electronic meetings to only military duty accommodations after that date.

Requires public bodies conducting electronic meetings to provide 2-way communication allowing all participants to hear and be heard, with options for typed public comments to be read aloud or shared with meeting participants.

Mandates that public bodies with websites post advance notice of electronic meetings at least 18 hours in advance, clearly explaining the reason for electronic format, how to participate, how to contact members, and accessibility accommodations for disabled persons.

Requires agendas for electronic meetings to be posted on public websites at least 2 hours before the meeting begins if an agenda exists.

Prohibits public bodies from requiring registration, personal information, or other conditions for members of the public to participate in electronic meetings, except for mechanisms necessary to participate in public comment periods.
