Establishes the "Teachers Student Loan Forgiveness Act" to create a student loan forgiveness program administered by the Department of Education for eligible teachers in Michigan public schools.

Provides grants to certified teachers who are Michigan residents, have accepted employment or continue teaching at a public school, and have submitted applications by July 1, with grants covering minimum monthly loan payments up to $300 per month.

Defines "eligible debt" as the remaining principal balance of all state and federal loans obtained during an individual's first 4 years of enrollment in a teacher education program at any public or private college, university, or community college.

Creates the Teachers Student Loan Forgiveness Fund in the state treasury to receive and invest money, with earnings credited back to the fund and disbursements made only for grant payments under the program.

Requires grant recipients to maintain continuous employment in a classroom-teaching position requiring the specified teaching certificate, with payments continuing only while eligible debt remains outstanding.
